The Bartholomew County Health Department will offer A1C for glucose levels and hemoglobin screenings in June.
The screenings, which will be by appointment only, will be conducted the mornings of June 13 and 27 at 2675 Foxpointe Drive, Suite B, in Columbus.
Costs: $12 cash for A1C screening, $2 hemoglobin screening.
