Jacqueline Carol Schreiner Culver, 57, of Nashville, Indiana, passed away at 7:06 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

She was born on Oct. 14, 1959, in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of John Schreiner and Jean Porter. She was raised in Shelbyville, Indiana, and has lived the past 29 years in Nashville, Indiana. She was a 1978 graduate of Broad Ripple High School in Indianapolis. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren, flowers and birds.

She married Jerald Lee Culver at Holcomb Gardens at Butler University on July 6, 1980, and he survives. Other survivors include her mother, Jean Porter of Billings, Montana; daughter, Brooke Yvonne (Richard) Hoke of Camby, Indiana; son, Ian Lee (Sadie) Culver of Brown County, Indiana; sisters, Susannah (Mike) Bush of Billings, Montana and Shawn (Victoria Garvey) Schreiner of Chicago, Illinois; brother, John Schreiner of Shelbyville, Indiana; three grandchildren, Loki Kevin Lee Culver, Lily Mia and Cameron Hoke; eight nieces and nephews; and several extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her father; and a brother, Kevin Schreiner.

Following Jacqui’s wishes, she will be cremated and burial will take place at noon on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg. A time of gathering and celebration of life will follow the burial.
