Richard Eugene Grider, 61, of Columbus, died at 9:58 a.m. Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Brown County Health and Living Center in Nashville.
Survivors include his children, Richard (Merry) Grider, Jeremy Grider, Shanna Bowen, Dale Wayne Tabor II, all of Ohio and Lacey (Danny) Ozbun of Taylorsville; siblings, Barbara Stiles, Beverly Gross and Roy Grider, all of Columbus; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation only will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. Burial will be at Lambert Cemetery where military honors will be presented at 11:30 a.m. by the Bartholomew County Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grider family through the funeral home.
