Billy Raymond Brooks, 58, of Vernon, died June 4, 2017, at his residence.
He is survived by his daughter, Trena (Henry II) Phelps, of North Vernon; companion, Donna Napier of Vernon; mother, Doris Brooks of Seymour; brother, Leonard Brooks of Freetown; sister, Dee (Tom) Foga of North Vernon; half-sister, Donnie Howard of Michigan; and two grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Brooks will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the AMVETS Post #7 in North Vernon.
Arrangements were entrusted to Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.
