Jack Weston Lewis passed away peacefully in his parents’ arms at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He touched many lives and was very loved by all during the short time he was here.

Born four months early and weighing 13 ounces, Jack was born perfect in every way. He had handsome strawberry blonde eyebrows, his mother’s lips and his father’s eyes. He was born at 10:09 p.m. on his parent’s third wedding anniversary, June 22, 2017, and went to be with the Lord at 11:39 p.m.

Jack was preceded in death by his twin sister, Caroline Elizabeth Lewis; great-great-grandmothers, Minnie Elizabeth Gibson and Mary Patricia Schmidt; his great-great-grandfather, Robert Weston Schmidt; his great-grandmother, Ellen Lavaun Lewis; and great-grandfathers, James Chandler Gibson and Forrest Wilson Lewis.

Jack is survived by his mother and father, Patrick and Macy Lewis; his grandparents, Cindy Morrison and Tracy Morrison, Bobbi Lewis and Larry and Linda Lewis; his great-grandparents, Gene and Nila Morrison, Delsie Gibson and Kay Hempstead; his aunts, Chelsea (Spencer) Morrison, Ellen (Adam) Rothstein, Missy (Rick) Snyder and Stephanie (Brandon) Farrell; his uncle, Connor (Megan) Morrison; and many cousins who loved him.

A private funeral service will take place at Garland Brook Cemetery.
