Wilma Clarice Hart, 69, of Greensburg, died at 2:09 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at I.U. Health in Indianapolis.
Survivors include a daughter, Tabetha (David) Smith of Westport; son, Chauncey Hart of Louisville, Kentucky; two sisters; one brother; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
The family will receive visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home & Crematory in Westport.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Foundation.
