Lilly scholarship applications now available online for 2018

Online applications for the 2018 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship are now available.

Lilly Scholarships are administered by Heritage Fund – the Community Foundation of Bartholomew County.

The scholarships provide full tuition for four years of full-time undergraduate study at any accredited Indiana public or private college or university. They also pay for required fees and an allocation for up to $900 per year for required textbooks and equipment.

Two scholarships will be awarded to Bartholomew County students for 2018.

Applicants must reside in Bartholomew County, be on course to graduate from high school by June 2018, have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate significant school involvement, community service, good character and leadership skills, as well as have financial need.

Finalists will complete personal interviews with the selection committee.

Applications are due by noon Sept. 1, with instructions at heritagefundbc.org.
