Xavier Carlos Garay, 5 month old son of Tausha N. Bulthuis and Carlos E. Garay, died June 24, 2017.
Xavier was born smiling and loved to smile all the time.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Albert Bulthuis; and great-uncle, Rolondo Pagan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Trevor Niccum of Columbus; grandparents, Amy (Ed) Boston of Columbus, Ronald Bulthuis of Columbus, Amarilis Hernandez of Columbus, and Edgar Hernandez of Puerto Rico; and great-grandparents, Gary (Linda) Coon of Columbus, Marilyn Bulthuis of Columbus, Luz Nelida Figueroa and Mario Landrau of Columbus. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Hathaway-Myers Chapel with Pastor Mark R. Teike officiating. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
