QMIX Musical Fireworks 28
When: 5:30 p.m. to about 10 p.m. today.
Where: Central Avenue in Columbus on the IUPUC grounds and area surrounding the Columbus Muncipal Airport. In the past, crowds have gathered over at least a half-mile area. Fireworks are visible from a couple miles away.
Activities: Bounce houses, magic show at 6 p.m., fireworks at dark, food booths.

Ceraland Park Fourth of July festivities
When: Special events and activities today and Tuesday, with park open daily at 8 a.m.
Where: 3989 S. County Road 525E, southeast of Columbus.
Activities: Today — Bike Parade, 7 to 7:30 p.m.; Movie, “The Sandlot,” 9 to 11 p.m.; Tuesday — Fourth of July celebration and fireworks display, 8 to 11 p.m.
Admission: Free with annual pass; $2 daily for age 4 and older.
