Richard Sturgeon, 78, Nashville, died at 12:15 p.m. July 6, 2017.
Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Jean; son, R. Mark Sturgeon, Concord, California; daughter, Sandra Ritter, Bloomington; and a grandson.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
