Fred Barnett, the city’s code enforcement officer, will be the speaker at a State Street Association meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the America and Roby Anderson Community Center, 421 McClure St., Columbus.
The meeting is open to area residents and is not limited to those who live on Columbus’ east side.
Barnett will discuss unsafe buildings, oversized and abandoned vehicles on private property and garbage ordinances for public and private property, said Sue Lamborn, a member of the State Street Association Board.
