Three people were injured in a head-on collision on Indianapolis Road.

Columbus police were sent to the 2500 block of North Indianapolis Road about the two-vehicle accident at 3:44 p.m. Monday, said Lt. Matt Harris, Columbus Police Department spokesman.

A 2005 Honda CRV driven by Hue Vo, 46, Columbus, collided with a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Alex C. Curry, 19, Columbus, Harris said. Vo and an unidentified passenger in Curry’s vehicle were taken to Columbus Regional Hospital for treatment, Harris said.

Curry was transported by helicopter to Methodist Hospital for surgery due to a head injury, police said.
