Rose B. (Romine) Ramsey, 98, of Indianapolis, died at 6:17 a.m. July 10, 2017, at St. Franciscan Health.
The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
