Donald Glenn Carmack, 61, of Medora, died Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Carmack; parents, Tom and Elsie Garriott of Seymour; daughter, Crystal (Tim) Seib of Fairview, Texas; siblings, Arnold (Peggy) Carmack of Seymour, Barbara (Joe) McElfresh of Freetown, Brenton Garriott and Brian Garriott, both of Seymour; and three granddaughters.
The Rev. Ron Cox will conduct funeral services at 5 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Donald Carmack Memorial Fund.
