Clayton Fowler, 27, of Seymour, died on July 10, at Schneck Medical Center.
He is survived by his father and mother, Roger David Fowler and Suzanne Maureen (Jones) Fowler Setser; his fiancé, Natasha Shoaf; his children, Benjamin Fowler, Maciya Richmond and D. R. Richmond; his maternal grandparents, George and Donna Jones; his paternal grandfather, William Fowler; his step-father, Travis Setser; a brother, Christian McVicker; and a sister, Alesha Fowler.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Bill Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Reddington Cemetery. Friends and family may call from noon until time of service on Saturday at Voss & Sons.
Memorials may be written to the Clayton Fowler Fund or a charity of choice.
