Charlie and Donna Henderson of Franklin celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at Asbury United Methodist Church, hosted by their children.
Mr. Henderson and the former Donna Cannon were married by the Rev. Ralph Newell on July 6, 1967, at Columbus First Baptist Church.
Mr. Henderson is retired from Dolly Madison Bakery.
Mrs. Henderson is retired from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

The couple have two children, Tamara (Mike) Ward and Brian (Andi) Henderson, both of Columbus. They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
