LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. — A man wanted on a felony warrant out of California has been arrested in Arizona.

Lake Havasu City police say 29-year-old Randall Dieffenbacher Jr. is being held without bond.

He’s been transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office pending extradition to California.

A warrant for Dieffenbacher’s arrest was issued last month for a robbery charge.

Details of the case weren’t immediately available Tuesday.

Lake Havasu City police say they received information that a wanted out-of-state man was staying at a city motel Monday.

Officers and detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit responded and tried to contact Dieffenbacher at his room but he refused to open the door.

Police say a search warrant was executed by a SWAT team and Dieffenbacher surrendered and was arrested without incident.
