UPDATE: Because of weather concerns this weekend, this event has been moved to July 29.
Crew Carwash is hosting its eighth annual Crew for Kids fundraiser locally to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana on Saturday.
The Crew location at 1525 National Road, and all 30 locations for the company in Indiana, will donate half of all the proceeds from its Works and Ultimate washes on Saturday to Big Brothers Big Sisters. To date, the company has raised nearly $400,000 since 2010 in its Crew for Kids events, including $44,000 last year.
Other Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies that will benefit from the fundraiser include those in central Indiana, Greater Lafayette, metropolitan Chicago and Wabash Valley.
