ELLINGTON, Conn. — School officials say a Connecticut high school student has died in a car crash.

Ellington Public Schools Superintendent Scott Nicol says Olivia Wentworth died Saturday night in the town. Details on the crash have not been released.

Nicol says Ellington High School will open at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, and school counselors and staff will be on hand.
