WILMINGTON, Del. — A gang member convicted of killing two men in Delaware has been sentenced to life in prison.

Officials say 19-year-old John Brisco was sentenced to two life terms on Friday for the shooting deaths of Ionnis Kostikidis in 2013 and William Rollins Jr. in 2015. Brisco received an additional 35 years for other charges.

Brisco was one of 13 Touch Money Gang members indicted in 2015 for numerous crimes. Two other members were also sentenced Friday.

Officials say 18-year-old Daymere Wisher was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter in Kostikidis’ death and second-degree murder in the shooting death of Jason Turner.

They say 17-year-old Raymire Briscoe was sentenced to 15 years after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the death of Dwayne Brown.
