RICHMOND, Va. — Police say a 50-year-old woman is dead in a triple stabbing in Virginia’s capital city.

Police say officers responding to a call in Richmond late Saturday found three women and a man. Police say the three women had been stabbed.

Two of the women were taken to the hospital with injuries that aren’t thought to be life threatening. The third woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified her as Vivian L. Robinson.

Police say detectives are investigating and consulting with prosecutors to determine possible charges.
