TUCSON, Ariz. — Police say a man has been found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound on the downtown Tucson campus of Pima Community College.

Police locked down the campus early Sunday after a report of shots fired.

Authorities say the wounded man was located in the library and taken to a hospital.

His name, age and condition haven’t been released yet.

Police believe the man forced entry into the library for an unknown reason.

Nobody was supposed to be on the Pima Community campus because school isn’t in session until Aug. 23.
