DOVER, Del. — Correction officials in Delaware are looking for an offender who had a work pass, but failed to return to a correction center.

The Department of Correction said in a statement Tuesday that they’ve issued a warrant for 31-year-old Jerome Barlow.

Officials say Barlow failed to return Monday to the Morris Community Correctional Center in Dover. It’s a facility for offenders who are transitioning back into the community. They are allowed to leave the facility to go to work, seek jobs or attend treatment sessions.

Officials say Barlow is serving time for second-degree burglary and his last known address was in Little Creek.
