ATLANTA — A fatal crash has forced the closure of Interstate 75 in Atlanta.

WGCL-TV reports a pedestrian walking along the roadway was struck by two vehicles early Tuesday morning, resulting in the closure of I-75 at the 10th Street exit in midtown Atlanta.

Both drivers stayed on the scene until police arrived.

A large backup has been reported, and there is no information on when the roadway will fully reopen.
