BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Authorities have released the names of two of the three people killed in the early morning crash of a car that hit a telephone pole in the Pittsburgh suburbs.

The Allegheny County coroner’s office said 23-year-old Bianca Herwig of McDonald and 17-year-old Heather Camisa of Finleyville were the two passengers killed in the crash shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday in Bethel Park.

The 21-year-old driver’s name hasn’t been released. Authorities said a 21-year-old who was also a passenger was thrown from the vehicle and was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Police have said they believe speed was a factor in the accident and alcohol may also have been a factor.
