COLUMBUS, Ind. — Lowell Road, between County Road 250W (to the south) and 250 West (to the north), will be closed to through traffic for public safety from about 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday for road improvements along the edge of the existing roadway and into the paved areas, the Bartholomew County Highway Department said.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area during that time.
