LOUDON, Tenn. — Authorities have identified a teenager who drowned at a boat ramp in eastern Tennessee.

Media outlets report the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Dillon Daggett was swimming with friends and family in Tellico Lake on Sunday. He lived in Loudon County.

Cpl. Billy Hall says Daggett fell off a float and never resurfaced. Hall says the drowning has been ruled an accident.
