WASHINGTON — Police say they have arrested three men involved with the fatal shooting of a Maryland man the men arranged to buy marijuana from.

A Montgomery County police statement said, 21-year-old Re’Quan Hopson, 19-year-old Oliver Farley and 20-year-old Brian Mackall have been charged with first-degree murder in the July 19 death of 20-year-old Jon-Christian Kemachet-Webster.

Police say the three showed up to Kemachet-Webster’s home in Silver Spring to “buy a large quantity of marijuana.” Kemachet-Webster invited Farley and Mackall inside while Hopson waited in a car.

Police say that at some point Kemachet-Webster was shot and Farley and Mackall fled the home. Mackall got back into the car driven by Hopson, while Farley called an Uber.

Farley is represented by attorney John Lavigne. It’s unclear if Mackall or Hopson have attorneys.
