WAUPACA, Wis. — Sheriff’s officials say a 15-year-old boy has died in an accidental shooting in Waupaca County.

Authorities say the shooting happened about 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Town of Farmington. The teen was shot in the shoulder with a .22 caliber firearm, but the circumstances have not been released.

WLUK-TV (http://bit.ly/2vavjQG ) reports people at the scene rendered aid until paramedics arrived, but the boy died at the scene.
