CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Tennessee officials say a 10-year-old girl who was reported missing has been found safe.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Amber alert Friday for Yazmin Linares Medina. Authorities said she was last seen about 8 p.m. Thursday walking outside with a black jump rope in Cleveland.

The bureau said on its Twitter page that the girl was found near the search area Friday.
