The Bartholomew County Highway Department has announced several road closures for next week.
County Road 300S, between County Roads 550W and 650W, and Carlos Folger Road will be closed to through traffic Monday for paving. Motorists should avoid the area if possible.
Lowell Road, between County Road 250W — to the south — and County Road 250W — to the north — will be closed to through traffic for public safety from about 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday for road improvements. Motorists should avoid the area during that timeframe.
The same stretch of Lowell Road will be closed from 8 a.m. Tuesday until reopening Wednesday night, and closed again from about 8 a.m. Thursday until Friday night. Motorists should avoid the area during these time frames.
