HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police in Pennsylvania’s capital city have identified a man who was shot to death over the weekend.

Harrisburg police say 45-year-old James Bair was found dead on North 18th Street just before 2 a.m. Sunday.

Police say paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. The victim had multiple gunshot wounds.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
