One lane of Washington Street in Columbus between 25th and the alley north of 26th streets will be restricted starting at 7:30 a.m. today because Miller Pipeline, a Vectren Energy subcontractor, will be installing seven new services, according to the city’s engineering department.
Miller Pipeline hopes to have the work finished by 5 p.m. today, the engineering department said.
