Mike and Jackie Sharp of Nashville celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Mr. Sharp and the former Jackie Followell were married Aug. 5, 1972, at First Church of the Nazarene by the Rev. John Friend.
Mr. Sharp retired from Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 440.
Mrs. Sharp retired from Mark Carlson State Farm Insurance.
The couple have three children, Jamie (Max) Bumbalough, Jeff (Michelle) Sharp and Kelly (Matthew) Sprague, all of Columbus. They also have eight grandchildren.
