The Columbus Indiana Philharmonic will have Bob Jones, chairman and CEO of Old National Bancorp, as keynote speaker for its annual meeting from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at YES Cinema and Conference Center.
Old National Bank has been a long-time supporter of the Philharmonic, including sponsoring the orchestra’s annual Lobsterfest fundraiser and Cabaret at The Commons events.
In addition to leading Evansville-based Old National Bancorp, Jones serves on the Vectren board of directors in Evansville and is a member of the University of Evansville board.
Philharmonic board president Peter King will lead the business meeting with reports including artistic achievements, season highlights, educational milestones and operating results from fiscal year 2016.
Doors will open to the public at 5 p.m. Aug. 28 at YES Cinema and complimentary appetizers and a cash bar will be available until the meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
