The American Red Cross has several blood donation opportunities available in upcoming weeks.
As an incentive, people who give blood or platelets with the Red Cross through Aug. 31 will be emailed a $5 Target eGiftCard.
Blood drives are planned at the following locations:
Columbus
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 15, Developmental Services Inc., 2920 10th St.
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 18, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 101 Carrie Lane
- 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 21, Columbus North High School, 1400 25th St.
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 25, LaQuinta, 101 Carrie Lane
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 1, LaQuinta, 101 Carrie Lane
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 8, LaQuinta, 101 Carrie Lane
- 2 to 7 p.m. Sept. 8, St. Peter’s Lutheran School, 719 Fifth St.
North Vernon
- Noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 15, Senior Citizens Center, 515 Buckeye St.
