JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
Sallie Holland, 83, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, passed away on July 17, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore after a long battle with lung cancer.
She was born September 18, 1933, in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and married Donald L. Holland Sr. on December 25, 1957.
Sallie was preceded in death by her husband; and son, Donald L. “Buddy” Holland Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Bruzdzinski, Patricia Wuenschell, both of Baltimore; and son-in-law, Mark Bruzdzinski. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; her sister, Millie West of Jacksonville, North Carolina; and many friends and neighbors.
There will be a memorial service held for her in Jacksonville, North Carolina on August 26, 2017.
