Bob and Mary Sawin of Redbird Drive celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Mr. Sawin and the former Mary Wilson were married Aug. 19, 1967, in Kentland, by the Rev. John Watson.
Mr. Sawin is retired from Cummins Inc. and Mrs. Sawin is a retired BCSC English teacher.
The couple have three children, Laura (Kevin) Cottrill of Seymour, David (Pam) Sawin of Dexter, Michigan, and Joe (Jenny) Sawin of Columbus. They also have nine grandchildren.
