Eastern Bartholomew Water Corp. has issued a boil water advisory in effect now until noon Wednesday for residents who have been without water in the Northgate Addition and surrounding area.
A water main break caused the outage and need for the boil order, utility officials said.
Customers should boil their water for one minute, let it cool, and store it in clean containers with covers for drinking, cooking, making any prepared drinks or brushing teeth.
