CAMDEN-WYOMING, Del. — Delaware State Police say a resident was seriously injured during a home invasion that left a resident seriously hurt.

The agency said in a news release that four men forced their way into a home early Wednesday. Troopers say the victim was injured in a struggle with the men, and fired a gun during the confrontation. No one was hit.

Police say the men fled but were arrested shortly after the invasion.

The victim is in serious condition at a local hospital.

The four men, ranging in age from 18 to 29, are charged with assault, conspiracy and other offenses.
