ASHLAND, Neb. — A clinic on bow fishing has been scheduled for next weekend at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park in eastern Nebraska.

Participants will be taught basic skills, including information about archery equipment and fish identification. The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 2 and 3 at CenturyLink Lake. Equipment will be provided.

A park entry permit is required.
