Thomas R. and Donna J. Hawes celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at an open house hosted by their sons Aug. 26 at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Mr. Hawes and the former Donna Jean Whitehouse were married Aug. 25, 1957, at First Christian Church by T.K. Smith.
Mr. Hawes retired from Hawes Office Equipment.
Mrs. Hawes is a homemaker.

The couple have three children, Craig, Doug and John Hawes, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
