CENTRAL POINT, Ore. — Police say a man found dead in Oregon may be the victim of a homicide.

KTVL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2wPlubO ) that authorities found the man in a Central Point residence Monday while responding to an assault call.

Central Point Police say there was another person at the residence when they responded and a person of interest has been identified.

Police say the man’s injuries appeared to be from a homicide. His name will be released when family is notified.
