The Bartholomew County Health Department will offer screening by appointment only for total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL on the morning of Sept. 12 and Sept. 26 at 2675 Foxpointe Drive, Suite B.
The cost for the cholesterol screening is $15. Cash, debit or credit card is accepted. Participants must fast 12 hours prior to the cholesterol screening.
