BATON ROUGE, La. — A man surrendered in the fatal shooting of another man in Baton Rouge.
Baton Rouge Police told the Advocate that 31-year-old Randy Orange was arrested Sunday in the shooting death of 31-year-old Warren Jackson from the previous night at his home. Orange is charged with second-degree murder.
Police spokesman Sgt. L’Jean McKneely says the two men had an argument before Orange shot Jackson. McKneely says both men knew each, but didn’t the extent of their relationship.
Orange was taken to the Parish Prison. It’s unclear if Orange has an attorney.
