ONTARIO, Calif. — Authorities have identified a Southern California man found dead inside a refrigerator on a street and they have found a truck from surveillance footage they believe had been carrying the fridge.

But they said Wednesday that no arrests have been made in the death of 36-year-old Jason Daniel Garcia.

Garcia was discovered Tuesday stuffed inside the refrigerator along a block of a mostly industrial area of Ontario.

Police Sgt. Jeff Higbee says the body showed no visible signs of trauma and it’s not clear how long Garcia may have been inside. An autopsy will be performed to find the cause of death.

Police on Tuesday released a grainy image of a pickup truck to get public help in finding it. On Wednesday they said they had found it, but gave no other details.
