WASHINGTON — The 80-17 roll call vote Thursday in the which the Senate agreed to more than $15 billion in emergency aid for Harvey victims, a short-term increase in the nation’s debt limit and a three-month bill to fund the government.

A “yes” vote is a vote to pass the measure.

Voting yes were 45 Democrats, 33 Republicans and 2 independents.

Voting no were 0 Democrats and 17 Republicans.
