LINCOLN, Neb. — Official have released the name of a Lincoln woman who died after a fire.

Officials say the fire started in her Stadium Walk Apartments unit around 7 p.m. Thursday and she died later at a hospital. She’s been identified as 66-year-old Marsha Merrill.

The flames were contained to her apartment. The fire cause is being investigated.
