Lorene A. Bradley

COLUMBUS

Lorene A. Bradley, 61, of Columbus, passed away at 3:45 a.m. on September 15, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Lorene was born February 4, 1956, in Columbus, the daughter of Charles and Evelyn Pardieck Armuth. She married Marvin L. Bradley on September 9, 1978.

Lorene was a faithful member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifty where she sang in the choir. She not only enjoyed singing, but Lorene previously had played the saxophone in the Columbus City Band.cross

A kind and loving person, Lorene had a deep love of animals, dedicating her life’s work to being the Office Manager of Columbus Animal Hospital for many years.

The funeral will be Sunday, September 17, 2017, at 3 p.m. at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifty with Pastor Douglas Bauman officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be at St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, Clifty Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifty.

Survivors include sons, Christopher L. (Lesley) Bradley of Columbus and Gregory L. (Deanna) Bradley of Elizabethtown; grandchildren, Tyler and Nathan Prose; a sister-in-law, Connie Bradley of Columbus; a nephew, Charlie Armuth of Columbus; as well as many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin on May 9, 2012; her parents; and brothers, John Armuth and Wayne Armuth.

Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
