WOODBURY, N.J. — Two brothers and another man accused of forcing a runaway teenage girl into prostitution have been indicted on human trafficking charges.

Gloucester County prosecutors say 26-year-old Brandon Samuel, of Gibbstown; 25-year-old Joseph Samuel, of New York City, and 25-year-old Ali Brown, of West Deptford, also face counts of conspiracy, child endangerment and promoting child prostitution in the indictment handed up by a county grand jury.

The investigation began last December after authorities found the 17-year-old girl at a motel in Gibbstown. They had gone there after learning her sexual services were being advertised online.

The teen told investigators that she had to turn over the money she earned to two of the men, even though they had agreed to split the money equally.

It wasn’t known Sunday if any of the men have retained attorneys.
